Delivery was fast and the product looks good.
It was easy to put together, however the plastic lens cover of the led light had dislodged off during transport so that took a few minutes to get it back on. It was difficult to adjust the position of the light at first, but it was just a bit stiff from being new. It's adjusting easily now. The pivot action of the stick on the base is also a bit tight, but i suspect that it will loosen over time. The alarm sound is quite loud, so that's good. Everything seems to be working well. I love it! It's a great price for such a terrific item - one that improves mobility and contributes to my health and safety. Thanks to the seller for a great product. Highly recommended!
I really like it. It's not heavy, and the LED light can be adjusted in height.
The sound of the sealant is too loud. It's for the elderly who might fall or be stranded on a mountain.

The size is appropriate and it's nice to use. The auxiliary handle is also useful. It has weight to it, a light function, and the emergency siren sound is loud, which is great.
Good convenience
For those weighing over 90 kilograms, the support is not very good.
